Conflict means battle. Battle means wounds. And wound means pain. Do you like pain? Neither your team does.
Make them understand the power of the right participation. Wayne Dyer said: “Conflict cannot survive without your participation.” So lead your people to participate incongruence.
Keep your team close
If you act like a king, you will die like one: alone. Act like a member of your team. Think of them, instead of thinking of you.

If you let them, they will leave
No matter how hard the work is, people leave companies because it’s not worth staying anymore. Change the world your people live in.
