A team without conflicts

Conflict means battle. Battle means wounds. And wound means pain. Do you like pain? Neither your team does.
Make them understand the power of the right participation. Wayne Dyer said: “Conflict cannot survive without your participation.” So lead your people to participate incongruence.

Keep your team close

If you act like a king, you will die like one: alone. Act like a member of your team. Think of them, instead of thinking of you.
Ryunosuke Satoro said: “Individually we are one drop. Together we are an ocean!” Help them grow and they will grow the company.

If you let them, they will leave

No matter how hard the work is, people leave companies because it’s not worth staying anymore. Change the world your people live in.
F. Scott Fitzgerald said: “I don’t want just words. If that’s all you have for me, you’d better go.”
Show them their world matters to you.

About Me

Hi!

I was 18 years old. I knew there had to be something beyond the five senses. So I asked myself: “What do you want: to live alone, as a monk, on a top of a mountain or to live in a city, among people and helping them grow?”

I had the first mentoring experience in 1984 when a friend wanted to win a girl’s heart. He asked me how to do it. I asked him to describe her: her thoughts, her behavior, her environment. Then I told him how I see things going with her: what topics to discuss, how to ask and what steps to take in order to have sexual satisfaction.

After several months he said: “Stunning, it was exactly as you said! I did what you told me and it came out exactly as you expected!” He was very pleased with his achievements and I felt something special in me.

Years have passed. I led groups of people, prepared them for relationships with customers and life, organized processes. Within smaller or bigger companies. National and multinational.
